Karyn Banfield

ALOHA! My name is Karyn Banfield. My husband, Kenyon and I started to dream about moving to Prescott in 2005. Three days after our engagement in February 2006, we put down a deposit on our first home together and now reside in our completed home in the beautiful Prescott Lakes Community.

I was born and raised in Kailua, Hawaii, and have lived in Utah, Chile, California, and Arizona.  After graduating with a  Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from Brigham Young University,  I began my career in Real Estate in San Diego,  in 2003 with a commercial real estate firm.  After moving to Arizona, I became a licensed Real Estate Agent in Arizona in 2005.  Since then, I have sold over 750 homes in Yavapai County and have the experience you are looking for.
